A full refund will ONLY be offered if you cancel within 48 hours of the Showcase start time (PST) on the day that you reserved (I.e. If you reserved a class on Tuesday at 6:00PM PST, you need to cancel by no later than Sunday 6:00PM PST (48 hours prior). Any cancelations after that time frame will not be refunded.
Full refund will only consist if:
- Cancelation of Showcase is within the 48 Hours to the start of the Showcase (PST)
- Must email info@hollywoodshowcases.com with your name and confirmed Showcase date/time prior to 48 hours before start time of Showcase to assure cancelation will be honored.
- 48 Hour cancelation is required due to the scheduling of Special Guests and Talent Representatives attending
- Refunds that are honored will be sent within 24 hours of cancelation

Talent Agents, Talent Managers, Guests, Special Guests, & Showcase Tier Pricing are all subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given in the event that a guest, special guest, agent or manager cancels. We make best efforts to make sure that every guest attending the Showcase follows through with that commitment, but sometimes urgent matters do present themselves (client bookings, client matters, etc) making them unavailable. We will make best efforts to immediately fill those spots if there is a cancellation, but we cannot guarantee it.
