WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUT OFFER FULL CREDIT THAT YOU CAN APPLY TOWARDS ANOTHER CLASS IF YOU CANCEL YOUR CLASS 24 HOURS OR MORE PRIOR TO THE CLASS. WE WON'T PROVIDE CREDIT AFTER THE SHOWCASE HAS BEGUN.

TALENT AGENTS, TALENT MANAGERS, GUESTS, SPECIAL GUESTS, & SHOWCASE TIER PRICING are all subject to change without notice. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE EVENT THAT A GUEST, SPECIAL GUEST, AGENT OR MANAGER CANCELS. We make best efforts to make sure that every guest attending the Showcase follows through with their commitment to that Showcase, but sometimes urgent matters do present themselves (i.e. client bookings, urgent client matters, etc) making them unavailable. We will make best efforts to immediately fill those spots if there is a cancellation, but we cannot guarantee it.
